Office of Rail and Road (ORR) is recruiting a Licensing and Service Delivery Manager for the Health and Safety Policy Team in the Railway Safety Directorate. The role can be based at London, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, York, or Glasgow, with hybrid working requiring at least two days per week in a workplace.
You will lead the delivery of the statutory train driving licence service, act as the main point of contact for train operators, drive improvements to the Train Driving Licences Portal.
