ORR is recruiting an HM Inspector of Railway Human Factors Specialist to join our Railway Safety Directorate. This role can be based at London, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, York, or Glasgow with hybrid working, requiring a minimum two days per week on-site or 40% in-office.

The successful candidate will bring HF expertise to inspections and investigations, working across workloads such as fatigue, non-technical skills and workforce assessment to improve safety and reliability of Britain's railways.
