Office of Rail and Road (ORR) is seeking an HR Business Partner for a job share role, working Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. The post can be based at London, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, York, or Glasgow with hybrid working and a minimum of 40% in a workplace.

You will collaborate with directorates to translate business priorities into people plans, using workforce insight to identify risks, trends and opportunities and to implement practical interventions that strengthen organisational effectiveness.
