ORR is seeking a Head of Engineering for the Lower Thames Crossing (LTC). The role is part of the Highways Team and supports monitoring the construction, operation, maintenance and renewal of LTC and the Dartford Crossings.
The post requires broad interaction across the organisation and with private sector providers to ensure regulatory outcomes. The successful candidate will work in a matrix structure, travel frequently across London and the South East, and operate within a hybrid working model
