The predicted salary is between 81000 - 162000 £ per year.

This role can be based at any of our office locations: London, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, York or Glasgow. Please note that any candidate that wishes to be based in one of our regional offices will be expected to travel to our London office on a regular basis.

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) leads on the finance, HR, IT, security and estates functions. This includes running our business planning processes and our financial reporting. In addition, you will lead on organisational changes resulting from the Government’s programme of rail reform. The ORR is a relatively small organisation, and this is a hands-on role where you will be expected to develop a strong understanding of how the ORR works and the role of the Corporate Operations Directorate within it.

This is an SCS PB2 role with a salary of up to £135,000.
