Orpington PCN is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the operational delivery of Enhanced Access (EA) services, ensuring DES compliance and meeting national and local access targets.

EA appointments typically run after hours, including 4.00pm to 8.00pm Mondays to Fridays and 9.00am to 5.00pm on Saturdays.

You will lead the EA Hub daily, develop SOPs, oversee rotas and clinics in EMIS, coordinate bookings and act as a first point of contact with clinical and partner teams.
