The Orpheus Centre in Godstone, Surrey, is seeking a Head of Quality & Compliance to join the Senior Management Team. You will lead the organisation’s quality assurance, regulatory compliance, risk management and housing compliance functions, shaping frameworks that support education, care and supported housing services.
Reporting to the COO, you will advise the Board, drive audits and inspections, ensure data governance and UK GDPR compliance, and translate complex regulations into practical solutions.
