Role Summary: The Account Manager role is responsible for owning and executing growth plans across an existing client portfolio. This role acts as the primary commercial point of contact for clients, ensuring they achieve their cybersecurity goals while driving adoption of the Orpheus platform and services. The role combines client relationship management, commercial ownership and cross-functional collaboration. It is focused on helping clients realise clear value from their relationship with Orpheus, while identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, renewal and long-term partnership growth.
