An established company are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. The Customer Service Administrator role involves scheduling workloads on behalf of the wider team and assisting with a range of administrative functions to support the smooth running of business operations.

  • Salary: Up to Β£30,000 P/A
  • Office based

Customer Service Administrator responsibilities:

  • Acting as first point of contact for incoming telephone calls and requests
  • Logging work order requests and inputting details into the in-house database
  • Planning the daily workload on behalf of the wider team
  • Managing delivery updates and tracking requests through to completion, in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Understanding, identifying, and applying the SLA for each service request
  • Sorting and dispatching calls to the wider team and subcontractors
  • Meet set targets and responding to customer demands
  • Managing the fleet of business vehicles and regularly updating the fleet management system
  • Escalating any complaints as required and supporting continuous improvement to reduce complaint levels
  • Promoting customer feedback and surveys
  • Assisting with ad hoc administrative duties

Customer Service Administrator required skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
