A thriving education establishment are currently looking for an Administrator to join their team on temporary basis until early 2027. The Administrator role includes involves coordinating with the wider staff members and partner institutions, maintaining accurate administrator assessment records, and helping ensure assessment processes are delivered efficiently.
The ideal candidate must be available immediately. This is Part Time office base.
- Salary - Β£15 P/H
- Part time - 3 days per week

Administrator Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating assessment and marking activities for programmes delivered by partner organisations
- Preparing and distributing marking allocations to academic staff
- Monitoring marking progress and ensure agreed deadlines are met
- Liaising with academic departments, partner organisations, and Registry regarding assessment schedules and outcomes
- Preparing documentation and coordinating meetings for the team
- Maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring assessment documentation is complete and complies with regulations
- Assisting with the administration of assessment boards and examination boards
- Responding to enquiries from academic staff and partner organisations regarding assessment administration
- Ensuring compliance with data protection, confidentiality, and information security requirements
Administrator skills/competencies:
- Previous experience within an office environment desirable
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
