Due to continued growth, our client, a well-established company, is looking to recruit an experienced Estimator to join their busy team. The Estimator role is to prepare tender documentation, manage projects and be the main point of contact for clients.

Estimator responsibilities:- Take the lead on estimating, processing and preparing tender documentation.
- Manage the tender bid process from enquiry through to submission.
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
- Produce accurate and detailed cost estimates.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations.
- Identify value engineering opportunities and commercial advantages.
- Assess project risks and opportunities.
- Support procurement activities and attend pre-contract meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners.
- Minimum of 3 years experience.
- Recently qualified or working toward qualification in an estimation role desirable or associated building services qualifications (HNC/HND).
- Experience in estimating either mechanical or electrical services.
