An established company are currently looking for an Project Manager. The Project Manager role involves manage the delivery of projects within an agreed timescale.
- Up to £70,000
- Office based with travel into London to attend site
Project Manager duties:
- Manage delivery of projects within an agreed budget and timeframe to maximise profit.
- To manage all regulations with the project
- Manage sub-contractors to ensure compliancy
- Ensuring all projects adhere to policies and processes
- Supporting the sales pipeline by developing customer relationships
- Assisting in Business Development
- Provide financial review and forecast to the Managing Director and Financial Controller
Project Manager skills/competencies:
- Mechanical HVAC experience within commercial environments.
- Experience in delivering multiple M&E projects at the same time
- Be accessible to Dartford and also London and home counties
- Flexible on travel and working hours
- Good communication and IT skills
- A team player
- Able to work under pressure and capable of delivering to strict deadlines.
