A successful and growing estates company are looking for an organised, proactive and approachable Office Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. As Office Manager you will take ownership from general administration and operations, developing and improving ISO processes and compliance, and onboarding/HR. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, supplies, equipment and suppliers
- Provide administrative and PA support to senior management
- Coordinate meetings, diaries and internal communications
- Manage office facilities, maintenance, security and health & safety
- Maintain accurate records, systems and documentation
- Manage device assets, tagging and onboarding requirements
- Support invoices, expenses, purchasing, payroll and HR administration
- Liaise with contractors and service providers
- Support employee onboarding, events and a positive workplace culture
- Develop and improve office procedures and systems, including ISO processes (9001 and 27001)
Skills:
- ISO9001 and ISO 27001 experience is essential
- Office Manager or similar role experience is essential
