We are looking for 2 experienced decorators to carry out internal painting and finishing works as part of a project. The work must be completed to a high standard and within the agreed programme.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare all surfaces (filling, sanding, cleaning)
- Paint walls, ceilings, woodwork and metalwork as required
- Apply primers, undercoats and topcoats
- Ensure clean, neat finishes suitable for a retail environment
- Protect floors, fixtures and fittings during works
- Keep the work area clean and tidy
- Follow site health and safety rules
- Work to drawings and instructions provided by the site manager
Requirements
- Proven experience as a decorator (commercial/retail preferred)
- CSCS
- Good attention to detail
- Own tools and PPE
- Reliable and punctual
