Our client, a gym refurbishment specialist construction company, is currently looking for an experienced Site Manager for a project in London. Due to our client's continued growth, this position is open to both temporary and permanent roles. The ideal candidate will be involved in an operational refurbishment project and will need to be good at client-facing interactions, as they will be dealing with a high-profile client and their customers.
The work involves refurbishing areas all over the club, which requires complex logistics. You will be part of a team, including a cost manager and supported by a contracts manager.
Salary on a permanent basis would be around £60-65K, along with the usual package, including private health, laptop, phone, and expenses paid.
You must have the following:

- First Aid
- Good client-facing and customer-facing skills
