Purpose of Role: To manage the day-to-day running of the construction site during holiday cover, ensuring work is carried out safely, on programme, and to a good standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and close the site each day
  • Supervise subcontractors and site operatives
  • Ensure health & safety procedures are followed
  • Carry out daily site checks and briefings
  • Coordinate deliveries and materials
  • Monitor progress against the programme
