The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

This is a contract position till at least September 2025 – Hours 8.00am-4.00pm

Document Management:

  • Maintain and organize all project-related documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and reports.

  • Ensure document control procedures comply with project and company requirements.

  • Distribute documents to relevant team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders as required.

  • Ensure the correct versions of documents are available and in use across all teams.

  • Maintain a detailed record of document changes and updates.

  • Ensure all documents are stored securely and comply with data protection regulations.

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless document flow.

  • Must have previous experience in document control within the construction industry or a similar field.

  • Familiarity with construction terminology and processes.

  • Proficiency in document management systems (e.g., Asite, SharePoint, innDex) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • High level of accuracy in handling and reviewing documents.

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS card (preferred but not always essential).

  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements for construction documentation.

  • Flexibility to adapt to project needs and deadlines.
