Working Hours: 8:00/8.30AM – 5:00 PM

Overview: Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Document Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain project documentation in line with company procedures
  • Upload, distribute, and track all documents and drawings via internal document control systems
  • Ensure document accuracy and compliance with project standards
  • Support project teams with administrative and document control duties
  • Liaise with site and office teams to ensure smooth documentation workflows
  • Assist in project set-up and close-out processes

  • Autodesk
  • Fonn

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a document control or administrative role within the construction industry
  • Familiarity with document control systems, particularly Autodesk and/or Fonn, is advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
