General labouring support for a retail shop refurbishment project. Assisting trades and maintaining a safe, clean site.
Key Duties:
- Assisting tradespeople as required (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.)
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment
- Keeping the site clean, tidy, and safe at all times
- Removing waste and debris from site
- Basic demolition and strip-out works (if required)
- Following site instructions and health & safety procedures
Requirements:
- Previous site or labouring experience preferred
- Ability to carry out physical work
- Good timekeeping and reliability
- Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- CSCS card
- Asbestos Awareness (Ideal)
Health & Safety:
- Must comply with all site health & safety rules
- Use of PPE at all times (hard hat, boots, hi-vis, etc.)
