Role Purpose\\n\\nTo carry out general carpentry duties\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Install, repair and adjust doors, frames, skirting boards, architraves, and general internal joinery.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Carry out structural and first-fix carpentry including stud walls and floor joists.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Perform second-fix carpentry including finishing work and trims.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Read and work from drawings, plans, and site instructions.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Maintain a clean and safe working area.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Liaise with site management and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.\\n\\nSkills & Experience\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven experience as a site carpenter (refurbishment preferred).\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to work to measurement and specification.\\n\\n * \\n\\n CSCS Card\\n\\nPersonal Attributes\\n\\n * \\n\\n Reliable and punctual.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Good communication skills.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Good attention to detail
