Our client, a successful large house builder, is looking for an Assistant Site Manager with a Telehandler ticket (1 hour a day max on the forklift). You will be working closely with the Site Manager on a residential construction site. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Assistant Site Manager looking to develop his/her career in a long-term position.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Site Manager to support with health & safety, compliance and the smooth day-to-day running of the site.
  • Working closely with subcontractors and site operatives.
  • Handle deliveries and operate the forklift when required.
  • Communicate effectively with the Site Manager and wider team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on residential projects.
  • Must have a CPCS or NPORS Telehandler ticket.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive attitude.
