Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Advisor to join our team and play a key role in supporting the business in a varied and generalised role. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong interpersonal skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance to managers and employers.
  • Support the business with employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, performance management, family leave etc.
  • Prepare HR documentation.
  • Provide advice on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with updating and developing HR policies as required.
  • Payroll administration.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems.
  • Support with training and development initiatives including liaising with 3rd party training providers, and supporting the delivery of HR related training and the Company Induction.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team on projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an HR Advisor in the UK.
  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 Qualification (or working towards).
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Experience handling employee relations cases independently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple activities simultaneously, and have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving business needs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Very strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Flexible to attend offices across the UK as required.
  • Full clean driving licence and own transport.
