Operating in 100 countries, we have 330,000 lifts worldwide using our technology. With 2 manufacturing plants, Orona is Number 1 in Europe in terms of complete lift production capacity.
We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive – New Lifts to lead the sale of lift and escalator solutions across the Southern region. This is a high-impact role for a commercially astute sales professional who excels in complex, consultative sales environments.
The Role
As a senior member of the regional sales team, you will take ownership of delivering new lift and escalator sales against ambitious annual targets. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities while strengthening long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the construction value chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving new business growth through strategic prospecting and consultative selling
- Managing the full sales lifecycle from enquiry to contract award
- Leading proposals, tenders, and commercial negotiations
- Building senior-level client relationships and developing key accounts
- Maintaining accurate pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting
- Developing deep product, market, and competitor knowledge
- Providing market intelligence and feedback to support regional strategy
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior technical sales within construction or the lift industry
- Strong record of winning complex, specification-led projects
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
- Confident communicator at senior stakeholder level
- Highly organised and able to work autonomously
- A-level or equivalent education; technical or business degree advantageous
