TheRole
WeareseekingaServiceCoordinatortojoinouronsiteteamintheGlasgowoffice.Inthisrole,youwillworkcloselywiththeServiceandAccountManagerstoensurethelocalmaintenanceteamdeliversoutstandingservicetoallcustomers.Youwillalsoprovideadministrativeandcommercialsupport,includingpreparingestimates,issuingrepairquotations,andfollowingup’s.
KeyResponsibilities
- Updatinginternalsystemsonreceiptofcustomerorder/insuranceworksetc.
- Responsibleforregularcontactwithcustomersviaemailandtelephonetoagreesuitabledatesforworkstobecarriedout.
- Ordermaterialsasrequiredandsupportedbycompanytechnicianswithanytechnicalqueries.
- Manageinwardsmaterialsandcollateandarrangefordistributiontoinhouseengineersandsub-contractorsasrequired.
- Oncompletionofrepairswillclosedownensuringmonthlytargetsareatleastachieved.
- Managementofliveorderbook,forecastforproductionandprovidingaccuratereportingtomanagementteam.
- Manageandguidecustomerexpectationsonthecompany’sservices.
- Supporttheregionalofficeserviceadministrationfunctions,includingthecall
