Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the commercial and contractual performance of assigned projects.
- Work closely with Quantity Surveyors and senior management to protect and improve project margins.
- Develop and maintain detailed project programmes and milestone schedules.
- Coordinate labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to meet project timelines.
- Manage safe working practices in occupied buildings and live construction environments.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, managing agents, and site teams.
- Inspect completed works to ensure compliance with specifications and company standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing lift modernisation and full replacement projects.
- Experience working in occupied buildings and live refurbishment or renovation environments.
- Strong understanding of CDM 2015 and construction health and safety legislation.
- Excellent commercial and contractual management skills.
- Experience leading field‑based installation teams and subcontractors.
- SMSTS or equivalent site safety qualification.
