We are looking for NVQ Level 3 qualified or part qualified Platform / Stairlift Service Engineers to join our Service team covering the London and South / South East areas. As an experienced Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits
- Attending stairlift breakdown callouts to carry out minor stairlift repairs
- Meeting agreed customer response times, building relationships with our clients
- Providing regular updates to the Service Manager and becoming an integral part of the regional 24/7 Standby/Callout rota.
- Problem solving and working on your own initiative
Qualifications
- NVQ 3 in Lift Engineering
- Experience of working with Lifts
- Strong customer skills
- A valid UK Driving License
- Flexible Hours
