Lift Repair Estimator

Orona is a global leader in lift, escalator and walkway solutions, operating in over 100 countries with over 250,000 lifts using our technology. With two manufacturing plants, were number one in Europe for complete lift production.
Were looking for a Repairs Estimator to join our Scotland-based team. Youll play a key role in identifying, quoting, and winning chargeable repair work, while building strong relationships with our valued clients.
What Youll Do
- Review maintenance reports and engineer notes to identify repair opportunities.
- Create accurate, timely quotations for repairs and insurance requests.
- Follow up with clients to ensure quotes are received and understood.
- Convert quotes into orders by building trust and offering solutions.
- Support admin tasks in the regional service office, including handling calls.
