The Role

The role will form part of a small, but mighty HR and Recruitment team, and be responsible for providing end to end recruitment for a specific set of business stakeholders.
We are seeking a talented In House Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in attracting top talent to our organisation. As an In House Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability, qualifications, fit and cultural alignment
Coordinate and participate in face to face interviews with candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
Manage the offer process and negotiate salary packages
Support wider HR team with onboarding
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records
Build candidate pipelines
Creating and reviewing job adverts
Weekly Teams meetings with hiring managers to provide regular recruitment updates
Provide regular Market data updates and benchmarking information
Assisting the Senior Recruiter with delivering recruitment training to hiring managers
What Were Looking For
Proven work experience as an In House Recruiter or similar role
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various sourcing techniques, and bringing new ideas for new solutions to meet business needs
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, and a thorough understanding of employment law and compliance with relevant regulations (i.e GDPR) in recruitment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, and has the ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving business needs
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Very strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Experience of hiring field and office-based employees
Industry experience is preferred but not essential
