We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Advisor to join our team and play a key role in supporting the business in a varied and generalised role. This is a hands-on role requiring strong interpersonal skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance to managers and employers
- Support the business with employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, performance management, family leave etc.
- Prepare HR documentation
- Provide advice on HR policies and procedures
- Assist with updating and developing HR policies as required
- Payroll administration
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
- Support with training and development initiatives including liaising with 3rd party training providers, and supporting the delivery of HR related training and the Company Induction
- Collaborate with the wider HR team with projects and initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an HR Advisor in the UK
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 Qualification (or working towards)
- Strong Knowledge of UK employment law
- Experience handling employee relations cases independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple activities simultaneously, and has the ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving business needs
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Very strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Flexible to attend offices across the UK as required
- Full clean driving licence and has own transport
