Key Responsibilities

  • Day‑to‑day management and coordination of Service Engineers and Field Technicians.
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to the Service team.
  • Establish and plan engineers’ routes, including re‑routing on the MS2 app to maximise production and reduce travel times, fuel costs, etc.
  • Ensure all planned visits are completed per calendar month.
  • Review and influence engineers’ productivity.
  • Handle call‑outs, review troublesome lifts, follow up with clients, communicate proposals to resolve issues and coordinate resolution actions with engineers and FT’s.
  • Manage isolated lifts to minimise downtime and ensure rapid resolution.
  • Coordinate external and internal training requirements and mentor the team’s progression.
  • Undertake Maintenance Audits and ensure overall H&S compliance.
  • Provide customer technical support for improvement and repair.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience as a Service or Repairs Engineer with a minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Engineering background (Mechanical or Electronics) preferred.
  • Experience managing or coordinating a team an advantage; training provided.
  • Clean UK driving licence – essential.
  • Right to work in the UK – mandatory.
