You'll play a key role in identifying, quoting, and winning chargeable repair work, while building strong relationships with our valued clients.
What You'll Do
- Review maintenance reports and engineer notes to identify repair opportunities.
- Create accurate, timely quotations for repairs and insurance requests.
- Follow up with clients to ensure quotes are received and understood.
- Convert quotes into orders by building trust and offering solutions.
- Support admin tasks in the regional service office, including handling calls.
