We are looking for a Trainee Lift Engineer to join our Installation team in Belfast. You will spend up to 24 months as a Lift Engineer Mate/trainee working with experienced Lift Engineers to learn and understand the company and requirements to become a qualified Lift Engineer. The trainee scheme is likely to take up to 3 years to complete to become a fully qualified NVQ level 3 Engineer in installation.

To be successfully shortlisted for the apprentice scheme you will have:

  • Hold 5 GCSEs grades A-C including Maths, English and Science
  • Ideally possess one of the following: Level 2 Foundation Course in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Level 2 Performing Engineering Operations or BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering
  • Able to follow instructions and ensure safety guidelines are followed at all times
  • Demonstrate a willingness to develop and learn new skills
