We’re looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You’ll work closely with our Service Manager and field teams to manage key compliance processes, close out insurance-timed defects, and ensure our service operations are running smoothly and effectively. If you’re someone who thrives on precision, takes ownership of your work, and enjoys contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced environment * Monitor and manage insurance-timed defects across the full Orona portfolio, ensuring timely resolution. * Coordinate and plan defect closures, liaising with Operations, Supervisors, and Coordinators. * Collaborate with our National Key Account Team, providing regional compliance updates. * Support the Quotation Team on urgent quote requests, helping prepare and issue proposals to clients. * Attend and contribute to monthly compliance review meetings, bringing actionable insights. * Prepare compliance reports and data summaries for internal stakeholders and client-facing meetings. * Ensure documentation accuracy and integrity, updating our Service Management System and maintaining audit-ready records. Requirements * A sharp eye for detail — especially when reviewing reports or Excel data * Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities * Confident communicator, both written and verbal * Experience in a service, compliance, or data/reporting-focused role is ideal * Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of service management systems * A proactive mindset — ready to learn, contribute, and grow with us
