The Role
We are looking for an Installation Supervisor to lead and oversee the installation of new lifts, ensuring each project is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll work closely with installation teams, providing guidance, training, and support, while carrying out regular quality checks. You’ll also liaise with management to monitor progress, address any challenges, and ensure installations run smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Supervise Quality Installations
Conduct on-site inductions and training for new installers, setting the stage for a successful project from day one.
Complete all surveys and report any issues to both the client and the Orona Contract Manager, preparing a comprehensive report for review.
Perform regular quality checks (Mechanical & Electrical) at key stages of the installation process to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Deliver constructive feedback to teams and provide additional training where necessary to maintain high installation quality.
Lead and Develop Your Team
Manage a diverse team of installation professionals, motivating them to deliver their best while adapting your leadership style (coaching, motivating, directing, etc.).
Create a positive work environment where individuals feel supported and encouraged to meet their professional goals.
Address performance issues quickly and fairly to maintain high standards of excellence.
Safety First, Always
Prioritise Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations, ensuring your team follows safety procedures on every project.
Make sure all team members are equipped with the correct PPE and maintain a safety-first mindset at all times.
