We are seeking two motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Executives to join our London‑based sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with a confident, proactive “can‑do” attitude who are eager to build a career in sales and progress within a structured and supportive environment. Previous sales experience is advantageous, though full training will be provided. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills are essential, as the role involves close collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to introduce, develop, and maintain strong client relationships
- Build comprehensive product knowledge across the Orona product portfolio
- Develop an understanding of competitor offerings and wider market trends
- Actively prospect and generate new sales enquiries
- Prepare quotations for new lift installation projects
- Support opportunity and sales development through effective sales techniques
- Secure new lift installation projects and contribute to overall sales targets

Proven experience in senior technical sales within construction or the lift industry. Confident communicator at senior stakeholder level. Highly organised and able to work autonomously.
