We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team working within and the surrounding areas. We are looking for an individual with a customer-focused can-do attitude, someone with a proven track record within a target driven environment.
Responsibilities- Building effective relationships with existing and new customers
- Prospecting for new customers to secure maintenance contracts in accordance with annual targets
- Lead meetings and negotiations
- Generating proposals and managing enquiries for service contracts
- Expanding product knowledge, sourcing market and competitor information
- Using your knowledge of the lifts and/or construction industry to negotiate skilfully to win concessions
- Work closely with the regional service teams to retain our existing customer base
- Recording activity through the Orona in-house management systems
