We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer to join our Service team in Newcastle and the surrounding areas. You should have a comprehensive lift engineering background, including an NVQ 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent.
Responsibilities- Carry out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits.
- Meet agreed customer response times and build strong relationships with clients.
- Provide regular updates to the Service Supervisor and/or Service Manager.
- Problem‑solve independently and take initiative to resolve technical issues.
- Complete basic service and maintenance requirements for most types of lifts.
- Build effective relationships with internal and external customers, gaining their trust and respect.
- Fully understand HSE aspects of the role and proactively implement procedures.
- NVQ 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience working with lifts.
- Strong customer skills.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Flexibility to work varying hours.
