We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer to join our Service team in Newcastle and the surrounding areas. You should have a comprehensive lift engineering background, including an NVQ 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits.
  • Meet agreed customer response times and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide regular updates to the Service Supervisor and/or Service Manager.
  • Problem‑solve independently and take initiative to resolve technical issues.
  • Complete basic service and maintenance requirements for most types of lifts.
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external customers, gaining their trust and respect.
  • Fully understand HSE aspects of the role and proactively implement procedures.
Qualifications
  • NVQ 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience working with lifts.
  • Strong customer skills.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours.
