The Role
Responsible for overseeing all Service Sales activities within the Glasgow Region including Repairs, Warranty contracts and retention and New Business Development. Liaises with clients, consultants and service related specifiers building relationships and defining their requirements. Manages the Service Sales Team and liaises closely with the Service Manager (Ops) on such items as Admin resource, troublesome lifts, key client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance Contracts - Oversees warranty and new contract sales in accordance with annual targets.
- Repair Sales Management - Co-ordinate repairs offers and follow up by the sales team.
- Sales Systems & Forecasting - Maintains up to date information on all live offers and ensures sales team follow common process for ease of information retrieval.
- Product & Client Development - Develops knowledge of the complete Orona regional portfolio.
- Resource Management - Responsible for identifying team training and support requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Clean UK driving licence (essential)
- Right to Work in the UK (mandatory)
- Proven Sales experience within the lift industry
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Strong customer focus with the ability to build trusted relationships
- Customer focused - To build effective relationships with internal and external customers
