Orona Group, a leading European business group in sustainable vertical transportation, is seeking a Contract Manager to join our Glasgow Installation team. The role involves overseeing installation contracts from sales handover to project completion, ensuring overall performance and profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple installation projects of various sizes and revenue
- Managing direct and subcontract labour, materials and the finances of the project from start to completion
- Ensuring final testing, commissioning and handover are completed in line with timescales set by the client
- Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring targets and timescales are achieved at key stages of the process
- Supervising direct reports, addressing issues, and ensuring accurate management reports on job progress and forecasts
- Applying contractual awareness to minimise risk and maximise revenue through additional variation works on each project
Qualifications:
- Preferably experienced as a contracts or project manager on complex, diverse projects within the lift or construction industry
- PRINCE II or equivalent project management qualification is advantageous
- Conversant with General Arrangement drawings and able to plan, prioritise, organise and assign tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills to train and pass knowledge to others
