Role Description

The Consultant Solicitor will manage a personal caseload, provide advice, and represent clients across relevant areas of law.

Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients, assessing legal issues, drafting documents, preparing and reviewing contracts, and handling case correspondence.

The role involves advocacy where appropriate, negotiating settlements, and liaising with courts, regulators, and other professionals.

The Consultant Solicitor will also be expected to maintain accurate file management, ensure compliance with regulatory and firm standards, and contribute to business development through networking and client relationship management.

This is an on-site role based in Dartford.

Qualifications (Desired)

  • Strong grounding in general Law, with the ability to provide clear, practical legal advice.
  • Experience in Property Law and Conveyancing, including residential and commercial transactions.
