Job Summary
The Partnerships Senior Consultant is an operational and coordination-focused role within ORO’s Global Partnerships team, responsible for the effective day-to-day management of ORO’s technology and consulting partner ecosystem across the UK and Europe. This role suits someone who brings structure and rigour to partner programmes, with strong experience in partner operations or consulting PMO environments, as well as the ability to support solution positioning and joint customer engagements when required. The role spans partner onboarding, governance, enablement coordination, internal reporting, partner communications, and selected support for partner-led solution selling and joint use cases.
What You’ll Do
- Partner Operations
- Manage partner onboarding activities including contracting, NDAs, renewals, and partner setup.
- Maintain accurate partner records across CRM, partner portals, and partner management platforms.
- Support governance cadence, internal reviews, and operational reporting.
- Enablement and Training Coordination
- Coordinate partner training and enablement activities in collaboration with ORO’s product and training teams.
- Manage certification logistics, track partner readiness, and support ongoing enablement communications.
- Sales and Pipeline Operational Support
- Support sales operations for partner-led opportunities, including pipeline tracking and reporting.
- Prepare governance and performance packs for internal leadership and partner review sessions.
- Product and Integration Coordination
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to support partner integrations and joint use cases.
- Manage partner communications related to integration readiness and align expectations with ORO’s technical roadmap.
- Partner Communications and Governance
- Manage ongoing operational communications to technology and consulting partners, including updates, announcements, and programme guidance.
- Support recurring partner governance meetings and follow-up actions.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience & Background
- 3-5 years of experience in partner operations, technology alliances, SaaS ecosystems, or consulting PMO roles.
- Hands-on experience supporting partner onboarding, governance, enablement, and reporting.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS partner models and working across internal product, sales, and delivery teams.
- AI & Digital Mindset
- Comfort working with modern SaaS platforms, partner portals, CRM systems, and partner management tools.
- Interest in digital procurement platforms, automation, orchestration, and emerging AI-enabled workflows.
- Ability to understand how integrations and modular platforms support enterprise use cases.
