- Agentic AI and Innovation Enablement: Embed orchestration and agentic AI into partner-led deployments. Identify innovation opportunities and feed partner insights into product and solution roadmap discussions.
- Partner Governance and Operational Discipline: Manage onboarding, readiness, and performance using partner portals and management tools. Support governance forums, QBRs, and roadmap alignment sessions.

- Experience & Background: 7+ years in consulting, alliances, procurement transformation, or BPO environments. Strong experience working on enterprise transformation programmes and managing partner relationships. Deep understanding of procurement operating models and the procurement technology ecosystem.
- AI & Digital Mindset: Strong interest in digital procurement, automation, orchestration, and agentic AI. Ability to articulate how AI-enabled workflows enhance procurement transformations. Comfort working with modern SaaS platforms and integrated enterprise architectures. Familiarity with modern procurement technology suites (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Oracle, Workday, Icertis, or similar), and best of breed SaaS platforms (e.g., Archlet, Fairmarkit, Globality, Ivoflow, Keelvar, Nnamu, Pactum, Sievo, or similar).
- Skills & Attributes: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Commercially minded with the ability to balance partner success and company objectives. Structured, proactive, and comfortable operating across sales, delivery, and product teams. Experience using CRM and partner management tools preferred.
