Work with Senior Managers and Directors to understand customer procurement processes, challenges, pain-points and goals. Help document customer requirements and translate them into solution designs using ORO.

Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate procurement workflows. Apply practical procurement knowledge to support solution recommendations.
  • Digital & Technology Exposure: Gain hands-on experience with ORO’s platform and its role within broader procurement technology ecosystems. Support evaluations of customer source-to-pay tools, including ERP, P2P, CLM, sourcing, and supplier management systems. Develop working knowledge of digital procurement concepts, including orchestration, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Execution & Delivery Support: Support & co-ordinate proof-of-concept (POC) activities, configuration, and testing. Assist in the development of business cases, value estimates, and customer-facing materials. Partner with implementation and customer teams to support mobilisation for solution deployment.
  • Learning & Capability Development: Build foundational expertise in procurement orchestration, agentic and automation methodologies. Contribute to internal documentation, blue prints, and playbooks. Continually develop procurement, technology, and consulting skills through hands-on experience and mentorship.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience & Background: 3+ years of experience in procurement, procurement consulting, enterprise SaaS, or related roles. Hands-on exposure to one or more procurement disciplines, such as:

  • Procurement operations, enablement or analytics
  • Sourcing or category management
  • Contracting or supplier onboarding

Exposure to procurement systems or digital tools is strongly preferred.

Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and document processes. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Comfort working in a collaborative, team-based, customer-facing environment. Highly curious, motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

Why Work at ORO:
