Position Overview
You will work alongside customers, sales, pre-sales, product, and implementation partners to ensure that every engagement is initiated with clear value drivers, a credible business case, and a shared execution path - and that all parties are aligned around delivering tangible outcomes. This is a senior role for someone who has been there: led procurement or transformation from the inside, or driven large, complex change as a trusted advisor. Someone who can both meet customers where they are and help them imagine what’s next.
What You’ll Do
- Partner on Value & Outcomes
- Engage early with customers to deeply understand their procurement strategy, operating model, pain points, and value drivers.
- Partner with Customer Success & Sales to help customers define success — from executive-level business cases through to practical KPIs and adoption measures.
- Act as a trusted partner to ensure customer, ORO, and ecosystem partners stay aligned on outcomes, not just delivery milestones.
- Demonstrate directly the “Art of the Possible” to our prospects & existing customers, bringing to life the reality of Procurement Orchestration & S2P Value enablement.
- Orchestrate Internal & External Alignment
- Partner closely with Sales and Pre-Sales to shape value-led deals and realistic transformation narratives for the Industry specialism.
- Work hand-in-hand with Product to translate customer needs, industry insights, and emerging trends into roadmap influence.
- Coordinate with implementation and advisory partners to ensure delivery approaches reinforce customer value and adoption.
- Drive Adoption & Transformation, Not Just Go-Live
- Support customers beyond implementation — focusing on adoption, change, and long-term value realization.
- Partner with Customer Success to identify where customers are under-utilising ORO capabilities and help them unlock more value over time.
- Act as a calm, senior presence when customers hit complexity, ambiguity, or organisational resistance.
- Be a Thought Leader in Procurement & Orchestration
- Stay close to how procurement, AI, regulation, and operating models are evolving across industries, going deep into the industry specialism.
- Help customers “see around corners” — imagining future states and preparing for what’s coming next, engaging with senior leadership as a trusted advisor.
- Contribute to ORO’s external narrative through customer conversations, industry perspectives, and internal thought leadership.
- Represent the Customer to our Product Team
- Be the voice of the customer across ORO — ensuring decisions are grounded in real enterprise context.
- Help shape how ORO positions, sells, and delivers value in different industries and categories.

- Deep expertise in one or more areas such as:
- Software & Technology Procurement
- Professional Services & SOW-based buying
