Ornua is actively seeking a motivated and passionate ESG Manager to join our Technical and ESG department as we continue our growth trajectory. As our next ESG Manager, you will play a key role in prioritising environmental, social and corporate governance issues ensuring sustainability is aligned with financial performance.
You will evaluate ESG risks and opportunities, collect and analyse data whilst leading initiatives that integrate sustainability into daily business operations.

The ESG Manager is responsible for leading on;
- Initial set up and subsequent input of energy, carbon and nature data & manipulation
- Implementation of ESG strategies, policies and frameworks that align with the Company’s values and goals
- Interaction with Group, Customer and Internal forums on ESG agenda
- Conducting thorough ESG assessments to identify key sustainability risks, opportunities and performance indicators
- Monitoring and reporting on ESG performance, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards and reporting frameworks
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG practices across the business
- Engaging with stakeholders and writing reports related to ESG
What You Bring To The Role:
- Experience in the ESG environment – previous role/education degree/agriculture/sustainability
- Computer literate with IT skills in Microsoft applications
- Experience in collation and presentation of Data
- Excellent attention to detail
