The excellent performances at Victory have been met with critical acclaim over many years - we value this curriculum area immensely as it epitomises the ethos of our school. Our annual performances include a major production, a Key Stage 3 production, and often a Sixth Form led production. We also host collaborations with other Ormiston Academies and in 2019 we won the People’s Choice Award in the EDP Norfolk Arts Awards. We achieved Artsmark Platinum status and work in partnership with Norwich Theatre Royal.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who:

• Is dynamic, innovative, self-motivated, and able to inspire others.
• Has the ability to teach wonderful, engaging and purposeful lessons across the age (11-18) and ability range.
• Is committed to raising standards of attainment and developing the success of the department.
• Enjoys working as part of a team and demonstrates reflective practice through the high expectations they have of themselves and the students.
• Has the ability to teach across the performing arts disciplines at KS3; a particular strength in music would be favourable, but not essential.
• Has a real passion for Performing Arts and a special gift of communicating that passion.
