This role is for a total of 37 hours per week, working 39 weeks per year (term time plus staff development days). It involves serving as an Inclusion Mentor and Reflection Supervisor to promote and support students across all years.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and support students across all years.
- Guide and encourage students.
- Liaise with colleagues and maintain confidentiality.
- Manage and supervise reflection activities within the academy.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience working with students in an educational setting.
- Solid understanding of a range of specialist equipment.
- Basic first aid knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong awareness of medical conditions such as asthma and epilepsy.
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
