Ormiston Sudbury Academy is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support groups or individual students in overcoming barriers to learning, enabling them to thrive. The role is based on 30 hours per week across 39 weeks per year (term time plus 1 week), with Monday to Friday 8.30am–3.10pm.
You will model expectations, promote positive behaviour, and rely on excellent interpersonal and communication skills to help pupils achieve their best, working flexibly and as part of a team.
