We are seeking to recruit a temporary Trips & Lettings Officer to cover maternity leave from 1st September 2026. You will provide financial support to the Finance Manager and the Assistant Principal, work as part of the wider core services team, support the organisation of school trips and coordinate the hire of the Academy’s facilities to external hirers.
This position suits an individual who is supportive, enjoys the challenge of a busy and varied role, is a team player, flexible in their approach, and willing to undertake relevant training. As the role is based within a busy school environment, the successful candidate will be an active part of daily school life and will regularly interact with students in a professional and approachable manner. The role also includes contributing to first aid duties and whole‑school duties such as lunchtime supervision, helping to maintain a safe and positive atmosphere around the site.
