Ormiston Sir Stanley Matthews Academy is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join the SEND team.

You will work closely with teaching staff to support students in accessing learning, developing independence and achieving success inside and outside the classroom.

You will deliver high-quality interventions, monitor progress, and remove barriers to learning.

You will provide practical, emotional and pastoral support to ensure all students can access the curriculum and participate in academy
